Strickland spent day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym, posted location tags

Sean Strickland spent an entire day in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, repeatedly tagging his location on social media in hopes of encountering Chimaev's team. Strickland stated he was only ten minutes from Chimaev's gym and posted stories throughout the day showing his whereabouts, which were visible to people who train with Chimaev. Strickland's actions were prompted by seeing something in his feed about Chimaev saying he would try to kill him on the street. Strickland challenged Chimaev to show up, calling himself the last guy in America Chimaev should be calling out, and expressed disappointment that Chimaev did not appear despite knowing his location.
