Topuria and Makhachev trade accusations over cancelled White House fight

Ilia Topuria claims he was told just hours before the White House event announcement that his scheduled fight with Islam Makhachev was cancelled due to Makhachev's injury, and he would instead face Justin Gaethje. Topuria expressed confusion about why Makhachev doesn't want to fight him. Makhachev fired back, stating he agreed to the White House bout but was told the next day that Topuria demanded a huge purse and was denied. Makhachev insisted Topuria refused the fight and accused him of lying, with Topuria's own manager allegedly confirming the story.
