Strickland visits Newport Beach, calls out Chimaev's team for confrontation

Sean Strickland spent the day in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, repeatedly tagging his location on social media in hopes of a confrontation. Strickland responded to Chimaev's earlier comments about trying to kill him on the street, stating he was just ten minutes from Chimaev's gym all day and that fighters training with Chimaev could see his posts. Strickland challenged Chimaev to come find him, declaring himself the last person in America Chimaev should mess with. Despite the public callout and proximity, no meeting occurred.
