Sean Strickland spends day in Newport Beach tagging location near Chimaev's gym

Sean Strickland spent an entire day in Newport Beach, California, the location where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, deliberately tagging his location on social media stories. Strickland was just ten minutes from Chimaev's gym and called out previous comments where Chimaev allegedly said he would try to kill Strickland if they met on the street. Strickland noted that people training with Chimaev follow him on social media and would have seen his location tags throughout the day. Despite making his presence obvious and known, no confrontation materialized. Strickland stated he expected Chimaev might show up and characterized himself as the last person in America Chimaev should be threatening.
