Sean Strickland spends day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym posting location

Sean Strickland was in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, and spent the entire day posting his location on social media. Strickland explained he doesn't usually share his location but did so after seeing content where Chimaev allegedly said he would try to kill Strickland if they met on the street. Strickland was approximately ten minutes from Chimaev's gym and repeatedly tagged his locations throughout the day, noting that fighters training with Chimaev follow him and would have seen his stories. Strickland stated he expected Chimaev to show up and called himself the last guy in America Chimaev should be threatening. The American fighter concluded by noting Chimaev never appeared despite being so close.
