Dagestan resident fined for ethnic hatred comments in UFC Telegram chat

A 21-year-old Dagestan resident identified as Magomed S. was fined 10,000 rubles by a Kizlyar district court for inciting ethnic hatred against Russians in a UFC Telegram chat. The case was brought under Article 20.3.1 of Russia's administrative code after center 'E' officers discovered violations in the UFC Eurasia Telegram chat. Three years ago, Magomed posted comments stating that "Russians have been dominated by black-asses all their life" during an argument with other users, though he apologized within 90 minutes and wrote that "there are worthy guys among Russians."
