Bryce "Thug Nasty" Mitchell, a 31-year-old southpaw out of Barata MMA, will drop from featherweight down to bantamweight to meet Victor "La Mangosta" Henry. Mitchell carries an 18-4-0 overall record with a 9-3 mark inside the UFC, where he built his reputation as a featherweight contender with elite grappling. His numbers reflect that identity: he averages 3.24 takedowns per 15 minutes and lands striking at a 59 percent accuracy clip, among the higher rates on the roster. Standing five-foot-ten with a 70-inch reach, he will be stepping down a division for the first time in his UFC run.

Henry, 39, is a seasoned bantamweight who brings a 25-7-0 professional record and a 4-2 mark in the UFC to this contest. Fighting out of UWF USA, the switch-hitter is one of the busiest strikers in the division, landing 7.17 significant strikes per minute at 53 percent accuracy. Listed at five-foot-seven with a 68-inch reach, Henry figures to present a sharp volume-striking test for Mitchell as he adjusts to the lighter weight class.

In the flyweight co-feature, Imanol Rodriguez steps back into the Octagon for only his second UFC appearance carrying a 1-0 UFC record. He faces Matt "Danger" Schnell, a 36-year-old orthodox fighter from Texas who trains at Fortis MMA. Schnell owns a 17-10-0 professional record and a 7-8 mark in the UFC. A submission specialist by reputation, he averages 1.2 submission attempts per 15 minutes and generates 4.07 significant strikes per minute across his lengthy UFC tenure.

Why it matters

  • Mitchell's bantamweight debut tests whether his grappling translates across a full weight class drop
  • Henry's elite striking volume makes him a credible threat to derail that transition immediately
  • Schnell is a proven veteran whose submission activity could trouble a fighter still establishing himself at UFC level
