The former UFC light heavyweight champion reported that the procedure went according to plan with his medical team doing excellent work to restore full functionality. Blachowicz stated that the priority was to get him back on his feet as quickly as possible. He mentioned that his hospital roommate is a Muay Thai fan and gamer, and recovery is progressing well. The fighter hinted that there is a plan and a new date, suggesting he expects to return to competition.
