Fedor Emelianenko, now 49 years old, is currently running 15 kilometers in one hour and 10 minutes during his training. The legendary heavyweight has been using a smartwatch to track his performance and constantly strives to set new personal records. His average pace works out to approximately 4:46 per kilometer. Vadim Nemkov noted that Fedor takes collecting achievement badges on his smartwatch seriously, often sharing his accomplishments with teammates. While other Fedor Team fighters also use smartwatches, none are as focused on achieving these digital milestones as Emelianenko. The conditioning work demonstrates the champion mentality that defined his career continues in his post-fighting life.
