Bostandov recalls Nurmagomedov's kindness after UFC 223 title win

Bostandov described how Ali Abdel-Aziz initially told him to stay away from the team after he interviewed Artem Lobov following the famous bus incident, but Khabib intervened and welcomed him, saying "This is our guy, he's just doing his work." After the fight, Bostandov recalled a massive crowd at Khabib's hotel floor where the new champion took time to photograph with him, placing his championship belt on his shoulders despite being exhausted. Bostandov noted that Khabib's hotel room was filled with people he didn't know, many making video calls for relatives to congratulate him, yet Khabib gave everyone attention. Years later, Khabib still recognized and offered Bostandov a ride when he spotted him on the street, demonstrating his consistent humble nature despite his championship status.
