The UFC has officially announced a lightweight bout between Paddy Pimblett and Benoit Saint Denis for UFC 329 on July 11. According to Ariel Helwani, the promotion is also planning to book Max Holloway versus Conor McGregor for UFC 329, Islam Makhachev versus Ian Garry for UFC 330, and has received interest from coach Gor Azizyan about a rematch between Sergei Pavlovich and Alexander Volkov. Azizyan claimed Volkov only ran during their previous fight and that Pavlovich needs to change tactics for victory. Additionally, Anatoly Malykhin explained he won't leave ONE Championship for UFC despite offers, citing loyalty to the promotion that gave him opportunities when no one else would. The fighter said he would only consider UFC if his boss tells him he's no longer needed.
