Gadzhi Azizyan, trainer of Sergei Pavlovich, stated he would like a rematch with Alexander Volkov, claiming Volkov only ran during their previous fight and that Pavlovich needs to change tactics for victory. Anatoly Malykhin explained his decision to remain with ONE Championship despite UFC offers, citing loyalty to the promotion that supported him when no one else would, and stating he will only consider other options if ONE's leadership tells him he is no longer needed.
