Carlos Prates has achieved the fastest seven-knockout streak in UFC history, reaching the mark in just eight fights. The previous record was held by heavyweight fighters who took nine bouts. Only 2.29% of all UFC fighters (62 out of 2,710) have ever recorded seven knockouts in the promotion. Prates also holds the record for most knockdowns in the shortest time span and has earned seven Performance of the Night bonuses faster than any fighter in UFC history, averaging nearly one per fight compared to the typical 15 fights required. He has consecutively finished two former UFC champions who had never been knocked out before, including a rare stoppage via leg kicks. The post suggests that if Islam Makhachev defeats Garry, Prates, and Shavkat Rakhmonov, he would equal or surpass Jon Jones's legacy.
