Russian MMA fighters have been granted permission to participate in international youth tournaments with their national flag and anthem. According to Mikhail Degtyarev, winners of the Russian championship for athletes aged 12 to 17, which took place in Alushta, will be eligible to compete in IMMAF international competitions this year. The International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) has also restored the membership of the Russian MMA Union. This development marks a significant change in policy regarding Russian athletes' participation in international MMA youth events. The announcement was made through Degtyarev's Telegram channel and reported by TASS Sport.
