Mateusz Gamrot says Poland is cleaner and more modern than United States

Lightweight contender Mateusz Gamrot has shared his perspective that Poland offers a higher quality of life than the United States in many respects. In an interview on the WojewódzkiKędzierski podcast, Gamrot noted Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and surprisingly more modern in everyday conveniences. He cited examples such as contactless payment terminals arriving in Poland years before American restaurants. Gamrot also criticized American social interactions as superficial, contrasting them with Polish hospitality. While acknowledging the US offers career advantages for professional fighting, he emphasized that his family, including his children, prefer life at home in Poland where everything feels more familiar and accessible.
