Prates also recorded 14 knockdowns in just 17 incomplete rounds, the fastest accumulation in UFC history and the highest average knockdown rate per 15 minutes. Additionally, he earned seven Performance of the Night bonuses faster than any fighter, requiring only eight fights compared to the typical 15-fight average. He has knocked out two former UFC champions in succession, both of whom had never been knocked out before.
