At the UFC 328 face-off, Hamzat Chimaev kicked Sean Strickland in the leg after a heated verbal exchange. According to a transcript, Dana White attempted to calm the fighters. Strickland taunted Chimaev, calling him a coward and saying he wouldn't do anything. Chimaev responded by saying he would beat Strickland, then struck him on the leg. Strickland later commented that this was exactly what he expected from a coward.
