Weidman, Poirier, and Masvidal trade stories about career injuries and surgeries

Chris Weidman, Dustin Poirier, and Jorge Masvidal discussed the extensive injuries they have sustained over their fighting careers. Weidman explained that the titanium rod inserted in his leg after his leg break will prevent another clean fracture, while also noting he has metal in his hands that causes pain when he punches. Poirier revealed he had a pin inserted in his broken hand that was forcibly removed after six to eight weeks, and that he has a piece of rib cartilage from another person serving as a nasal septum after two nose surgeries.
