The Professional Fighters League has signed former UFC bantamweight title challenger Ketlen Vieira, the organization announced, bringing one of women's MMA's more accomplished competitors into its roster ahead of a new competitive season.
Vieira, known by the nickname "Fenomeno," arrives at PFL with a professional record of 16-5-0 and a reputation built over years of high-level competition in the UFC's women's bantamweight division. The 34-year-old Brazilian, who trains out of the renowned Nova Uniao camp, most recently held the number-three ranking in the division. Standing five-foot-eight with a 68-inch reach, she operates from an orthodox stance and brings a well-rounded game to the cage. She lands 2.71 significant strikes per minute at 40 percent accuracy, while also contributing on the ground with 1.31 takedowns per 15 minutes and consistent submission activity.

Why it matters
- Vieira's divisional ranking and title-challenger pedigree instantly raise the profile of PFL's women's bantamweight competition
- Her grappling-oriented, pressure-based style out of Nova Uniao creates compelling matchup potential against a range of opponents
- The signing signals PFL's continued effort to attract ranked UFC veterans to its tournament format
