Full PFL San Diego results: Shabily, McCreary, Magomedshapiev among winners

PFL San Diego delivered a full card of finishes and decisions. AJ McKee defeated Salamat Isbulayev by unanimous decision (30-27 across all three judges), while Alexander Shabily outpointed Alfie Davis by unanimous decision and Hasan Magomedshapiev submitted Joshua Weems with an arm-triangle choke in the first round. Rob Wilkinson stopped Abraham Bably by TKO in round two, and Sarvarjon Hamidov, Jena Bishop, Shannon Clarke, and Koby Err all picked up victories on the night.

One of the more notable finishes came in the women's flyweight contest, where Liz Carmouche submitted Viviane Araujo with a guillotine choke in round two. Carmouche, known as "Girlrilla," is a 42-year-old American fighter out of The Arena. She carries a 13-7-0 record and brings consistent grappling pressure, averaging 2.57 takedowns per 15 minutes and a striking accuracy of 54 percent.

Her opponent, Araujo, entered the bout at 39 years old representing Brazil and Cerrado MMA, also holding a 13-7-0 record. Ranked eighth in the women's flyweight division, "Vivi" had shown active striking throughout her career, landing 3.84 significant strikes per minute with 47 percent accuracy. She also averaged 1.72 takedowns per 15 minutes heading into the fight.

Magomedshapiev's quick submission of Weems was another highlight of the card. Weems, a 32-year-old American out of Black Sails MMA, carried an 11-3-0 record into the contest and had been a high-output fighter, averaging 5.25 significant strikes per minute at an impressive 64 percent accuracy. He also recorded 4.77 takedowns per 15 minutes, making Magomedshapiev's first-round finish all the more emphatic.
