Leron Murphy is set to compete at UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi. Murphy has previously fought in the UAE at UFC 242, UFC 267, and UFC 308.
Lerone "The Miracle" Murphy is headed back to the Middle East, booked to compete at UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi.
Murphy, ranked third in the featherweight division, carries an impressive record of 17 wins, one loss, and one draw into the event. The 35-year-old Englishman, who trains out of Manchester Top Team, has built a reputation as one of the more complete fighters in a stacked 145-pound bracket. Standing five-foot-nine with a 73-inch reach, the orthodox striker averages 4.34 significant strikes per minute at a 51 percent accuracy rate, while also showing a willingness to threaten on the ground with 1.2 takedowns per 15 minutes and 0.5 submission attempts per 15 minutes.
The UAE is familiar territory for Murphy. He has competed in the region three times previously, appearing at UFC 242, UFC 267, and UFC 308, making Abu Dhabi something of a second home for the Manchester fighter. UFC 333 will mark his fourth trip to the Emirates.

Why it matters
- Murphy sits third in the featherweight rankings, meaning a strong performance could push him firmly into title contention
- His well-rounded skill set — above-average striking volume, solid takedown numbers, and submission threat — makes him a difficult stylistic puzzle for any opponent
- A fourth appearance in Abu Dhabi underlines his status as a reliable and marketable presence on international cards
His opponent for the event has not been named in the booking announcement.
