Lucas Armand vs Anthony Wint Targeted for UFC 332 on Oct. 3

Reports emerged on September 9 that unbeaten prospect Anthony Wint and Lucas Armand are being targeted to collide at UFC 332 on October 3, though the pairing has not yet been officially confirmed.

Wint, nicknamed "Bow Down," enters the reported matchup riding a perfect 8-0-0 professional record. The 30-year-old American trains out of Kill Cliff FC and brings a well-rounded skill set to the octagon. Standing five-foot-eleven with a 78-inch reach, the orthodox fighter poses threats across multiple dimensions — he lands 3.56 significant strikes per minute at a striking accuracy of 66 percent, a figure that ranks among the sharper in any division. His grappling complements the striking game, with nearly 3.0 takedowns per 15 minutes and 3.0 submission attempts per 15 minutes, making him a legitimate danger wherever the fight goes.

Verified statistics for Lucas Armand were not available at the time of this report. What is known is that Armand figures to face one of the more complete undefeated fighters in his division if this bout is formalized.

Why it matters

• Wint's unblemished 8-0 record means a loss here would be his first, raising the stakes considerably for his development trajectory.
• A win over Armand could push the Kill Cliff FC product further up the divisional ladder and into ranked territory.
• Wint's combination of high-volume striking and active submission attempts presents a complex stylistic puzzle for any opponent.
• Because the matchup remains a target rather than a signed bout, the card's final shape could still shift before UFC 332 takes place on October 3.
