This is the welterweight title fight fans have been begging to see. Shavkat Rakhmonov, the undefeated finisher from Kazakhstan, against Carlos Prates, the Brazilian knockout artist who's been sleeping everyone in his path. Both guys are absolute killers, and this matchup would answer the biggest question at 170 pounds: who's the real deal? The styles here are wild.
