The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission has issued medical suspensions for fighters following UFC 330. Islam Makhachev received a 30-day suspension due to a rib contusion, while Rafael Tobias faces up to 180 days pending physician clearance of injuries to his right hand and left leg. Edson Barboza, Eric McConico, and Kaue Fernandez each received 60-day suspensions, and Tresean Gore is suspended indefinitely until a physician confirms his jaw has healed. Ramiz Brahimaj is also on indefinite hold pending neurological clearance with a minimum 30-day suspension.
