The official weigh-ins for UFC 327 have concluded with 23 of 24 fighters making weight successfully. In the main event, Jiri Prochazka weighed 92.1 kg and Carlos Ulberg 92.5 kg for their light heavyweight title fight. The co-main event features Azamat Murzakanov versus Paulo Costa, both at 93.0 kg. Chris Padilla missed weight for his lightweight bout, coming in at 71.7 kg instead of the 70.8 kg limit, and will forfeit 20% of his purse to opponent Markel Mederos. The fight will proceed despite the weight miss.
Twenty-three of twenty-four fighters hit their marks at the official UFC 327 weigh-ins on Thursday, with one lightweight bout headlined by a missed weight ahead of the card scheduled for April 11.

In the main event, light heavyweight contender Jiri Prochazka stepped on the scale at 92.1 kg, with Carlos Ulberg registering 92.5 kg, both inside the 92.99 kg championship limit. Prochazka, a 33-year-old from the Czech Republic competing out of Jetsaam Gym Brno, holds a professional record of 32-6-1 and is ranked second in the light heavyweight division. The six-foot-three orthodox striker carries a reach of 80 inches (203 cm) and lands 5.69 significant strikes per minute at a 55 percent accuracy rate, making him one of the more dangerous offensive forces in the 205-pound weight class.

The co-main event saw Azamat Murzakanov and Paulo Costa both check in at an identical 93.0 kg for their bout, which will proceed without issue.

The sole blemish on the weigh-in card came from Chris Padilla, who tipped the scales at 71.7 kg for his lightweight fight against Markel Mederos — 900 grams over the 70.8 kg limit. The 30-year-old American, nicknamed "Taco" and training out of California Mixed Martial Arts, carries a record of 17-6-1. He will forfeit 20 percent of his purse to Mederos as a result of the infraction. The bout itself will still take place as scheduled.

Why it matters
- Prochazka and Ulberg both making championship weight removes any uncertainty from the top of the card heading into fight night.
- Padilla's miss is the only procedural issue from the session, and the financial penalty means Mederos is compensated without the fight being scrapped.
- Padilla's 5'9 frame and 74-inch reach coming in heavy could signal the lightweight had difficulty cutting, a factor that may affect his performance on the night.
