Dana White has showcased how the arena will look for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, with the iconic building serving as the backdrop for fights. White explained that his production team is building a special stage in Europe that will be shipped to Philadelphia and then trucked to Washington D.C. to be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. He emphasized that the UFC is financing the entire event without using any taxpayer money, presenting it as a gift to America for the country's 250th anniversary. White stressed the event is not political but about celebrating the United States. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets through UFCfreedom250.com. Free tickets will be available at the Ellipse, a park across from the arena, with over 100,000 fans expected to attend fight week activities. The two-day fan festival will include press conferences, weigh-ins, and a performance by Zac Brown Band, along with celebrity guests and big-screen fight viewing.
