Dana White unveiled how the arena will look for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, emphasizing that the White House will be visible in the background during fights. The custom stage is being constructed in Europe, will be shipped to Philadelphia, then trucked to Washington DC where it will be erected on the South Lawn of the White House. White stressed that the UFC is funding the entire event without using taxpayer money, presenting it as a gift to America for its 250th anniversary. He emphasized the event is about the United States, not politics, regardless of viewers' political leanings. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets at UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available at the Ellipse, a park across from the arena that can hold over 100,000 fans. The fight weekend will include a two-day fan festival featuring press conferences, weigh-ins, and performances by Zac Brown Band, along with celebrity guests and big-screen fight viewing.
