Arman Tsarukyan claims that Ryan Garcia has not paid him $40,000 after losing a bet on a livestream. Tsarukyan stated in an interview with Adam Zubairaev that Garcia promised to settle up, saying he would calculate the total and transfer the money, and gave his word. However, five days have passed and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card number. Tsarukyan mentioned he would go to the bazaar with Khamzat Chimaev to collect the debt.
