Alvarez and Saint Denis begin joint training camp in France

Yoel Alvarez and Benoit Saint Denis have started training together in Bayonne, France, under coach Nicolas Otta. The two fighters were originally scheduled to face each other a year ago, but the bout never materialized. Now they are helping each other prepare for their respective upcoming fights. Alvarez is scheduled to face Yaroslav Amosov at UFC 328 on May 9, while Saint Denis' next bout has not been announced yet. Alvarez suggested that Saint Denis may be preparing for an opponent with a similar fighting style to his own.
