Nikita Kulshin scores first-round knockout at LFA

Lightweight Nikita Kulshin improved to 9-0 by knocking out Junior Melo in the opening round at an LFA event. The 26-year-old from North Ossetia has now won all six of his LFA fights over three years, with four consecutive decision victories preceding this knockout. Kulshin has lived in the United States for four years and trains at Kill Cliff gym. In his post-fight interview, he called out the UFC, stating he is ready to step in on short notice at any time. This knockout ended a string of decision wins and represents his second finish in LFA.
