Gilbert Burns retires, Malott enters top-15, Tsarukyan dominates Faber 13-1

Gilbert Burns has announced his retirement from MMA competition. Mike Malott is expected to break into the welterweight top-15 following his recent performance, though his ceiling against elite competition remains questionable. Arman Tsarukyan defeated Urijah Faber decisively by a score of 13-1 in a wrestling match, and afterwards called out Colby Covington, promising to dominate him 10-0 and make people forget about Covington as a wrestler. The Guskov-Blachowicz bout was cancelled but replaced with another Polish fighter, Ibo Baraniewksi. Khamzat Chimaev has also signed with RAF wrestling league.
