Sean Strickland calls out Khamzat Chimaev after visiting his training location

Sean Strickland spent the day in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, deliberately posting his location on social media throughout the day. Strickland responded to comments Chimaev allegedly made about trying to kill him on the street, stating he was within ten minutes of Chimaev's gym and that fighters training with Chimaev saw his story posts. Strickland said he expected Chimaev to show up but he never did. He warned Chimaev that he's the last guy in America Chimaev should be threatening. The incident adds tension to their upcoming fight.
