Strickland spent day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym seeking confrontation

Sean Strickland spent an entire day in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training, deliberately marking his location on social media. Strickland was responding to comments from Chimaev about trying to kill him on the street. Strickland stayed within ten minutes of Chimaev's gym and continuously tagged his locations throughout the day, knowing that people who train with Chimaev follow him and would see the posts. He stated he expected Chimaev to show up for a confrontation but it did not happen. Strickland declared himself the last guy in America that Chimaev should be calling out.
