Sean Strickland spent day in Newport Beach near Chimaev's gym, sought encounter

Sean Strickland was in Newport Beach, California, where Khamzat Chimaev is currently training. Throughout the day, Strickland tagged his location on social media, hoping to encounter Chimaev's team after seeing content where Chimaev allegedly said he would try to kill Strickland on the street. Strickland stated he was only ten minutes from Chimaev's gym and that fighters training with Chimaev are subscribed to him and would have seen his stories. He expressed that Chimaev should have known where he was and called himself the last guy in America Chimaev should mess with. Strickland indicated he half-expected Chimaev to show up but he did not.
