Guskov declines Baranievski, targets Costa bout instead

Bogdan Guskov has expressed interest in fighting Paulo Costa while declining a proposed matchup with Ivo Baranievski. According to Baranievski, he agreed to face Guskov, but the Uzbekistan-born Russian fighter did not accept the bout. Baranievski stated he is ready to compete anytime and promised to make Guskov "swallow those words." Guskov's coach Gor Azizyan criticized the fighter's recent callouts after victories over Sergey Koplov and Azamat Murzakanov, suggesting Guskov's "wings need to be clipped" and that he should stop discussing Russian topics if he won't accept fights with Russian opponents.
