A 21-year-old resident of Dagestan named Magomed S. was fined 10,000 rubles for inciting hatred in a UFC Telegram chat. The Kizlyar District Court heard the case involving comments made three years ago in the UFC Eurasia chat. Officers from Center 'E' discovered Magomed had written inflammatory comments about Russians during an argument with other users, though he apologized within 90 minutes and acknowledged there are worthy people among Russians. Magomed admitted guilt and showed remorse in court. The case was prosecuted under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code regarding incitement of hatred.
