Sean Brady has disclosed that his bout with Michael Morales was under threat of cancellation during fight week due to medical clearance issues with the athletic commission. Brady stated he had an excellent training camp but learned on Thursday the fight might not happen. The uncertainty continued through Friday, and he only received confirmation on Saturday evening just before heading to the venue. Brady acknowledged this affected his focus but took full responsibility for his performance, saying he should have remained completely concentrated regardless. He emphasized the importance of being fully present during the 15 or 25 minutes inside the octagon.
