Video has emerged of Khamzat Chimaev's first amateur fight, which took place in September 2017 in Sweden for Fight Club Rush. Chimaev finished his opponent with a rear-naked choke in the second round. He went on to win three amateur bouts total before transitioning to professional MMA the following year. His opponent in that debut, Khaled Laalaam, is now 7-1 as a professional and currently competes in UAE Warriors. Fight Club Rush continues to operate and broadcast events on UFC Fight Pass.
