Matthieu Duclos is reportedly lined up to face Modestino Rodrigues at UFC Saudi Arabia on November 28th. The matchup has not been officially confirmed, and is being described as a fight in the works for the card.
Duclos enters the potential bout with an 11-3 record. The 31-year-old Orthodox fighter stands six-foot-three, or 191 cm, and carries a 76-inch reach, measuring 193 cm. That length gives him a clear framework for a striking-heavy approach.
His numbers back that up. Duclos lands 3.93 significant strikes per minute at a 38 percent accuracy rate, a steady output built on volume rather than precision alone. He has not recorded takedowns or submission attempts per 15 minutes in his statistical profile, which marks him as a fighter who prefers to keep the action standing and settle matters on the feet.
Rodrigues is the named opponent in the reported pairing. No further details on his record or style accompany the report, and the booking itself remains unconfirmed until the promotion makes it official.
Why it matters
- The pairing is reportedly aimed at the November 28th UFC Saudi Arabia card, adding another possible bout to the event's lineup.
- Duclos brings a rangy, striking-first profile, so a bout built around his reach and output would be the natural expectation if the fight comes together.
- For Duclos, a 11-3 fighter in his early thirties, another appearance would keep him active as he looks to build momentum.
As with any fight reported in advance, the matchup could change before the card is finalized. Bouts targeted for an event are frequently adjusted as the lineup takes shape, so the pairing should be treated as a developing story until an official announcement arrives.
