Two of the UFC's remaining unbeaten fighters, Michael Morales and Josh Hokit, are still perfect in a year that has already ended several high-profile undefeated runs. Khamzat Chimaev, Lerone Murphy, Movsar Evloev and Ilia Topuria have all suffered defeats in 2026, leaving Morales at 19-0 and Hokit at 10-0 as the names left on the unbeaten list.

Morales, a 27-year-old welterweight from Ecuador, is ranked third in his division. He trains out of Entram Gym and fights from an orthodox stance. At six feet tall with a 79-inch reach, he carries a striking profile built on volume and precision: 5.62 significant strikes landed per minute at 49 percent accuracy.

His recent finishing record is the most striking part of that résumé. Morales stopped Sean Brady by first-round KO/TKO at UFC 322 on November 15, 2025, which is his most recent recorded fight. Before that, he finished Gilbert Burns in the first round on May 17, 2025, and Neil Magny in the first round on August 24, 2024. That is three consecutive recorded first-round stoppages, each against a veteran name.

Hokit, at 10-0, is the second fighter in the Reaper's sights, though no additional career data on him is available for this report.

Why it matters

  • Morales sits third in the welterweight rankings with a perfect 19-0 record, so any step up in competition would put his unbeaten run under the most direct test.
  • His output is built on striking rather than grappling: he averages 1.09 takedowns per 15 minutes and has no submission attempts on record.
  • With four notable unbeaten streaks already broken this year, the gap between the two remaining fighters and the rest of the roster's perfect records has narrowed sharply.

The count of 19 wins without a loss, with the most recent recorded three ending inside the first round, underlines why Morales is viewed as the more established of the two. Whether either man's streak survives the rest of the year depends on matchmaking that has not been reported.
