The ranking uses total UFC wins, not win rate, title wins or professional wins. Tied fighters appear alphabetically. “Finishes” shows wins that ended before the judges’ scorecards, while “UFC record” includes every stored UFC result.

How this list is counted

AgentMMA counts one win for every winning result in its UFC bout table. A decision, knockout, technical knockout or submission all adds one. A loss, draw or no-contest adds none.

Only UFC bouts count. A fighter’s wider professional record can include wins from PRIDE, WEC, Strikeforce, Bellator or regional promotions. Those wins never enter this table.

The UFC record column uses wins, losses and draws, with no-contests shown separately. If an athletic commission overturns a result, AgentMMA stores it as a no-contest. It no longer counts as a win.

This is a career-total ranking, so it has no minimum-fights filter. The published table contains the 25 computed rows supplied for this page. Ties use alphabetical order rather than a hidden tiebreaker.

Another list may use a different cutoff date, omit early events or count overturned bouts differently. The UFC’s official Record Book also lists Miller at 28. It states that its records begin at UFC 28, while AgentMMA’s stored range starts on 1994-03-11.

What does the UFC wins record actually show?

Career volume is the point of this list. It answers who collected the most wins inside the UFC, across every division and era. It does not settle who had the best peak, faced the hardest schedule or ranks highest today.

The UFC record column makes that distinction visible. Miller’s 28-18-0 (1 NC) spans from 2008 through 2026. Georges St-Pierre reached 20 wins with a 20-2-0 UFC record. This table places Miller higher because total wins are the only ranking measure.

Finishes add useful context without changing the order. Oliveira has 21 finishes among 25 wins, while Magny has 11 at the same win total. They remain tied because a finish and a decision each count as one victory.

The UFC years column shows longevity, not continuous activity. A range such as 2000-2024 marks the first and last UFC years stored for that fighter. It does not claim the fighter competed in every year between them.

Status is a snapshot from the computation date. An active label means the fighter remained active in AgentMMA’s data on October 21, 2026. It does not promise another booking, nor does it change wins already earned.

Use another measure for another question. Title-fight wins help compare championship résumés. Win percentage rewards efficiency. Current divisional rankings describe the present competitive order. Mixing those measures into this list would stop it answering the query cleanly.

How can this table change?

Only a completed UFC result changes a fighter’s win total. An announced, rumored or booked fight adds nothing. The database waits for the official result, then applies the same counting rule to every fighter.

A new win raises the total by one. A loss does not remove an earlier victory, while a draw or no-contest adds none. That makes career totals stable, even when an active fighter goes through a losing run.

The next win for Oliveira or Magny would take either man from 25 to 26. Holloway’s next win would move him from 24 to 25. Those are conditional examples, not claims that a bout is booked.

Miller can extend the lead in the same way. Another UFC victory would move his total from 28 to 29. If a chasing fighter wins first, the gap closes without Miller’s number changing.

Ties remain alphabetical. If Holloway reaches 25, the three fighters on that total would be ordered by name rather than finishes, win percentage or recency. The table never uses those factors as tiebreakers.

A later correction can also alter the list. If a commission overturns a win, the stored result becomes a no-contest and the victory disappears. A status update may change “active” to “inactive” without affecting the rank.

Notable names on the list

Jim Miller: 28 wins and still active

Miller owns the UFC all-time wins record and leads the table by three. His 20 finishes also show how he built that total. The UFC’s record book lists him first in both wins and total fights. He remained active after adding win number 28 in 2026.

Charles Oliveira: 25 wins, 21 finishes

Oliveira shares second place in total wins, but leads this table in finishes. His official UFC profile lists him as active and the current BMF champion. He needs three more UFC wins to match Miller’s current total; Magny needs the same.

Neil Magny: level with Oliveira

Magny also has 25 UFC wins. His route looks different: 11 finishes and many more wins that reached the scorecards. UFC’s athlete page records another win on August 15, 2026, keeping him level with Oliveira.

Max Holloway: one win behind second place

Holloway sits fourth with 24 wins and 14 finishes. The UFC still lists him as active. One more victory would put him level with Oliveira and Magny, while four would match Miller’s current mark.

Islam Makhachev: the live streak inside the table

Makhachev has 18 total UFC wins here. The UFC record book lists his active winning streak at 17. Those figures measure different things: one is his career win total, while the other counts consecutive wins.

How solid is this data?

The population covers every fighter’s UFC bouts in AgentMMA’s database: 8,950 bouts from 1994-03-11 through 2026-10-17. The page counts stored results, not estimates. It does not infer wins from a fighter’s public professional record.

Fights in other promotions may appear in a profile’s pro record, but they never affect a UFC total here. Results follow UFC Stats as stored by AgentMMA. An overturned result counts as a no-contest, not a win.

The main limit is timing. A newly completed event can make the table stale until its results enter the database. AgentMMA refreshes this maintained record page whenever a new result changes the order, a total or a fighter’s status.
